41003	2002-03-30 11:09:00	hello. the last few days my modem just seems to have gotten slower even though i connect at about 38 - 44. is telecom pising us round again by restricting the speed???? i have the latest drivers etc etc or does anyone know of a better modem that this one? And is anyone else been frustrated by the poor speed we have been getting on our dialups??? sick of slow speed jon.	Guest (0)

41007	2002-03-31 03:28:00	Hi, My net access has taken a bit of a speed hit as well... I'm with paradise and my download speed has dropped from around 5.4Kbps, to 4.1Kbps.... Bad! Possibly it's just heavy usage over the easter period, but that really doesn't stack up, the people who really churn through th bandwidth (businesses) and all on holiday. I'd be more inclined to suspect a ISP-wide or Nationwide bottleneck somewhere... Some server has crashed, a major exchange is down, or Telecom is cutting costs. Hmmm... :) Erin	Guest (0)
