| 40949 | 2002-03-30 03:17:00 | when trying to use address book a pop up informs that it is not available and that outlook express will have to be reinstalled. address book was in the programme but for some reason has gone. help needed re: the procedure to reinstall the programme. a great mag have show to all my fellow dumb mates and insist they buy their own. keep up the great work. cheers harley nathan. |

| 40950 | 2002-03-30 04:05:00 | Before you reinstall to be on the safe side it may to back-up your current address book...then go to add remove programmes...windows components....uncheck outlook express..restart...back to add remove...recheck outlook express and it should reinstall.... or you can upgrade IE & OE from the pcworld cd.... hopefully all should be sweet then |
