| 41066 | 2002-03-31 03:24:00 | I have some DVD movies that i've been given from overseas (America). I'd like to watch them on my TV, but my standalone player plays only region four. I've encoded one or two of them into the VCD 2.0 format and want to know if there are any specific improvements on using the VCD 3.0 format and if so how can i make vcd 3.0 movies. Thanks |
