| 41235 | 2002-04-01 05:27:00 | Hi c r, Goto Start>Settings>Control Panel>Folder Options>File types tab. Find the afile extension you want to associate with a specific program, and click the 'change' button in the panel below. Select the program you want to open that knd of file, and click OK. Alternatively, sometimes you can right-click the file, select Open with...>Choose Program... Select the program forom the list, and tick Always use the selected program to open this kind of file, then click OK. G P |

| 41236 | 2002-04-01 08:18:00 | In Windows Explorer find a picture file to use as an example. Hold down Shift and right-click on the file, then choose Open With. In the dialogue box that opens choose the program you want to use and put a tick in the box 'Always use this program'. Click on OK and you're done. |
