41081	2002-03-31 06:20:00	This problem arose a few weeks ago. No problem previously. Our xtra dial-up connection fires up fine but on all sorts of links we are frequently getting an instant 'Page not available' message coming up. If we refresh, the page may come up after one try, or after many tries, or may not come up at all. I have spoken with xtra and they suggested reinstalling IE6 and downloading updated modem drivers. Did those - and it's better than it was but the problem is still there. We are running Windows ME, PC-cillin 2000 anti-virus (with recntly updated scan engine and latest pattern file) and Zone Labs. Pretty sure system is virus-free. Son says his internet gaming is showing very high pings (not sure if that is relevant or related). Would really appreciate any help.	Guest (0)
41082	2002-03-31 10:18:00	Did this problem start after installing Internet Explorer 6? Other people here seem to have had the same problem with that version of IE.	Guest (0)
