| 41083 | 2002-03-31 04:12:00 | When I try to connect by RH Network Manager I press yes on the interface connect popup and the slider just goes back and forth and I get no dial tone or connection. If I go to pppdial up config and putin password all is ok and I can dial out by using debug. While still connected click on a bookmark and I am told Unable to locate server 'what ever'My MS dial up still works 100% in Windows | Guest (0) | ||

If you can dial out but get a 'missing server' message, that means that you have no nameserver defined. That looks as if you haven't set it up properly. But if you can dial out, the modem works. That's a start. |
