| 41367 | 2002-04-02 03:25:00 | How can I turn off Instant Access as it is causing programs to crash unless I shut it down. Do it need to Alt-Ctrl-Del each time to turn it off or is there an easier way to keep it turned of?? |

The first is to use a small programme ie startstop which allows you to select which progs start or not or you can use the msconfig feature in windows. To use msconfig follow these directions. Go to the start button then click on run and type msconfig into the box that appears. Then choose the startup tab and remove the ticks from the programs that you do NOT want to startup. I reccomend that you go to this site and have a good read on startups.....it will also explain which programs you do and don't want. www.pacs-portal.co.uk |
