| 41356 | 2002-04-02 02:21:00 | Kame Krazee asked about making a dummy copy of index.dat but there's an easier way - just add the following line (with the appropriate path if it's different) to the beginning of the autoexec.bat file: @del c:\windows\cookies\index.dat Every time the PC is booted the index.dat file is deleted, and when Windows starts up it re-creates it as an empty file. |
