| 41554 | 2002-04-03 09:22:00 | It should be possible to find the run command for 'eject' when you right click on the CD drive in My Computer, but this will take a bit of finding. In the meantime there is a program called open-cd.exe which can be downloaded and an icon made to that. You can get it from this Spanish language site: www.geocities.com If you click on Descarga a package apli.zip will download, in it is open-cd.exe, also a joke virus program, maybe best to delete all except open-cd. | 41555 | 2002-04-03 10:42:00 | I know it is possible to open the CD-ROM drive with a line of code. I saw someone with it the other day. There were a few emails going around a while back saying 'click here to get a free drink holder from Microsoft', sure enough click there and your CD-ROM drive opens. JM |
