| 41853 | 2002-04-04 12:16:00 | My Windows Me system with DVD drive ran Encarta perfectly until I had a CD R-W drive added. Now, when I try to run Encarta I get the following error message: 'File error: Encarta Interactive World Atlas is unable to continue running on your computer. Your network based installation is unavailable at this time.' Music CDs and CDs containing pictures work OK on both drives. Anyone help please? Dave. |

| 41855 | 2002-04-05 09:37:00 | Thanks KO, I uninstalled and re-installed it but that didn't work. Keeps asking me to insert the appropriate Encarta disk, which I've tried in both CD drives to no avail. Dave. |
