| 41977 | 2002-04-05 03:08:00 | on windows 1995 i have delete a file the allows me to use the ms-dos prompt. When I use the ms-dos prompt I receive a error. c:\windows\start menu\ms-dos prompt.pif A device attached to the system is not functioning. My question is:can this file be reinstalled without reinstalling windows95. |
