I once remember reading in PC World that you can create a shortcut for Outlook that will open a specified identity, without having to manually change the identity every time you open it. The thing is I have to set my partners account as the default, because she gets confused whenever she has to change identities and i get sick of her asking me 'why is your mail getting sent to my inbox'!! So, can someone please help before I pull what little hair I left, out!.
