In extreme cases they required an "outside brain" – someone to help them with decision making . End the gene pool right now . Why these people with known dangerous issues are allowed to live in the society fails me . Bring back mental institutions and lock them up . 1270833	2012-04-20 02:04:00	Breaking into a house should be made a much more serious offense with very high penalties for the first offense. This will stop this lame "burglaries go wrong" excuse. And ripping investors in finance companies off should also be a much more serious offence with compulsory acquisition of all assets, overseas and in trusts, every last cent. I believe that the Government brought in a 'Home Invasion' law a few years back. This meant that entering someone's home and attacking them attracted harsher penalties than if the attack took place in the street.	Bobh (5192)
