| 1294790 | 2012-08-14 12:29:00 | When downloading and installing Software I am getting a message quoting Error #1619. Installation encountered an error and cannot continue. You can try the installation again at a later time. Error#1619: This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer package. I have come across this site (www.wiki-errors.com) (Wiki-Errors) which gives instructions re removing Error#1619. I downloaded the repair tool but the Zone Alarm has come up with a warning that it is potentially dangerous and asks if I want to carry on. Is Wiki-Errors a trusted site? |
