1294663 2012-08-14 06:09:00 See if this Helps: On the ribbon, go to the Send/Receive tab - the Work Offline button will show as activated. Click the Work Offline button to de-activate it. wainuitech (129)
1294664 2012-08-14 07:54:00 hi wainuitech - the send receive tab does not give me the option to go online/offline. I have explored all the options including customising the ribbon and although it shows offline/online toggle in there it does not give an option to go online dianne pierce (13385)
1294665 2012-08-14 08:22:00 Is the Off-line plain or Yellow ?

Make sure you are on the Send/Receive Tab, when Outlook is Off-line its highlighted as Yellow, when online its plain - the wording does not change.

Below is the guff from outlooks help.

1294666 2012-08-14 08:32:00 Checked out that information and the send receive tab is highlighted showing offline. Also the status bar at the bottom shows the red cross as in the image so is definitely offline. I have search solutions in google but to no avail dianne pierce (13385)
