| 1271052 | 2012-04-21 02:22:00 | Hi there all. A neighbour who has little money I have scored a freeview satalite decoder and a dish for. Am I able to link all the aerials together or does the dish coaxial have to be separate. |

You only mention one. :) Well at the moment there are two aerials linked to one coaxial cable and then there is the dish coaxial. If I combine the dish and aerial coaxial cables will the signals from each interfere with each other. |

These take the two different signals from sat and aerials and combines them into one cable. Then at the other end you need another diplexer to separate them out again before connecting to the tv, decoder etc. If the aerial cable is not rg6 then you will need to run a separate rg6 cable for the sat. |

Thanks for that. I will run another cable as getting the two diplexers would probably cost the same or more. I just thought it might save her some money connecting the two together and me some time. |
