2020-12-07 01:44:00 | I sent a small parcel (no tracking) to Sydney on 22 Nov 2010. Both online and at the NZ post shop said that it will take 3 to 10 working days to deliver. Two weeks has passed and still not delivered. Went to check online and at the postshop, that they can't do anything about it! Does it mean that NZ post is not responsible for the missing parcel?

2020-12-07 02:02:00 | If it is actually lost and you have tracking, then you complete a lost parcel form. Once they finish pretending to investigate, they refund you the value inc postage. I sent a Trademe parcel recently via Aramax. Aramax site said Delay: NZPost Rural Delivery. Aramax said NZPost will deliver, thats all.... Well if I wanted the idiot NZPost to I would have chosen them. meanwhile, this parcel clearly labelled to Milford, went Rosedale - Snells Beach - East Tamaki and finally delivered. WTF!! Would have been faster if I drove up and delivered it myself. Rural, right....clueless I'd say.

2020-12-07 03:28:00 | . nzpost . co . nz/personal/sending-within-nz/cover-for-loss-damage" target="_blank">www . nzpost . co . nz good luck with that . chances are its delayed due to Covid related transport issues ( a very real issue) and Xmas rush . And post in Aus & NZ being hopeless . Its only been 2 weeks after all . Add to that the low lifes who go around stealing from letter boxes & following couriers to steal their deliveries Thats becoming a bit of an issue in Ak .

2020-12-07 04:48:00 | I posted a small parcel from Mount Maunganui to Tauranga, exactly 8km as it turned out . A week went past and it hadnt arrived, NZ Post were no help, so I hopped in the car and delivered another one myself . (The only reason I posted it in the first place was the traffic congestion here now would drive a man to drink . ) Anyway, three . . . . . . . . . . weeks . . . . . . . . . . . . later I get an E-Mail from the recipient advising the parcel had turned up and enquiring what he should do with it . Well I wasnt going to face the traffic twice in a month so I told him to keep it, give it away or dump it, his call . Honestly, 3 weeks to go 8km . :groan: But Aussie is worse if your mail crosses any international or state boarders . There the problem is, Im told, an unofficial strike/come go-slow courtesy of the Trade Union . I really dont know how either of these outfits can survive the way they are going . Of course it will be someone elses fault when they become unemployed .

2020-12-07 05:16:00 | Just received a camera accessory (El Cheapo lens hood) from Ali-Express today that was ordered o 4/10/2020.....$9 delivered In the meantime, thinking I wasn't going to get it, .I ordered and had delivered a genuine Canon one second hand from Trader for $24 (new price $69). Next day delivery from Christchurch. To long a wait time Mr Ali Express, considering they notified me that it had been dispatched on the same day it was ordered. :( Ken

2020-12-07 05:49:00 | 3 to 10 days is a joke. expect weeks and even more due to xmas. most overseas items i ordered took 3-4 weeks and thats before nov/dec xmas delays. local mail has been doing xmas volumes of parcels for the last 6+ months.

We always get a receipt!! . Carriage of Goods Act, you have a genuine claim, I would have thought . |
