1467829 2020-04-03 00:21:00 403 error will be website related . its the website spitting out the 403 error
So unless your link or shortcut is wrong , its the WEBSITE blocking you
Fiddling with routers etc isnt going to help.

"403 forbidden error is your website’s way of stating that you don’t have enough permissions to proceed further"

1467830 2020-04-03 01:08:00 Looking back at your hosts file :xmouth: Just from experience -- I don't think its the VPN causing the problem. Its some other rubbish you have installed.

There are several iobit entries, iobit programs can and does cause all sorts of connection problems. Wouldn't be at all surprised something is trying to do various things in the background causing a permission problem. Could be iobit related could be some other program.

When I use Hola VPN extension on Chrome,I can easily access the site and all its pages by using a different location This means your IP is possibly blocked.

Simple test if you can, download a bootable DVD ( some sort of Linux Distro) burn to DVD or make a bootable USB, and see if that lets you in, if it does then its something on the computer causing a problem, if still no access then your IP is blocked.

1467831 2020-04-03 11:46:00 Dear all, thank you so much for your advice and help but for some reasons unknown to me I am now able to see all pages! I don't know why I couldn't earlier. I didn't mean to engage you all for no good reason. I was literally worried why I couldn't read its articles. I am a psychologist by profession and this site really helped me in writing articles for a national newspaper blog.
Thanks again.

Thanks again. One possible reason is its more than likely you have a dynamic IP ( from your ISP) and its changed to one that isn't blocked. :)
