1472986 2020-11-18 07:17:00 It's an Xiaomi brand. I purchased the pro thru Indiegogo in August. No problems at all just under $200 nz for the top model. Easy install and works very well so far very clear recording night and day. Clear instructions. Seems you have a supplier problem.:annoyed:

Arnie, how do I search for that 'seller'? Any link?

This is what I got when I Googled:

1472988 2020-11-22 19:46:00 I have never had any problems when shopping with Aliexpress :)

Some of the Aliexpress sellers are dishonest : fake goods , nothing like description, dont send & give fake tracking numbers
Most are Ok & really dont want bad feedback. Ive only had 2 dodgy Aliexpress sellers , so far.

1472989 2020-11-23 04:44:00 Hmm that is weird, maybe you contact the manufacture to have it. I am sure they have steps how to resolve it. ChooseParis (17704)

China doesnt follow the rules we expect from businesses . Ive heard horror stories of a container load of one product sent to NZ, where the front of the container had the good working product
& behind that was literally empty boxes , faulty product , old models , different product etc .

That's not called not following rules, that's just blatant scamming!
