| 1467821 | 2020-04-02 14:32:00 | When I use Hola VPN extension on Chrome, I can easily access the site and all its pages by using a different location, otherwise not. Please remember that I was able to access the site and all its pages before using Hola VPN extension. If Hola VPN extension has brought any changes in my computer, I wish to know how I can undo it. Do I have to install all softwares including Windows again? | mdRASHIDkhi (16580) | ||

| 1467827 | 2020-04-02 20:21:00 | I am using Avast Premium Security. Also COMPLETELY uninstall that rubbish. They have proven to be no better than the malware they claim to protect against. Add to that the issues 3rd party firewalls sometimes cause. Uninstall, not disable . Are the 2 android devices using your wifi . Try connecting via 4G & see if you can then access the website |

| 1467828 | 2020-04-02 22:56:00 | Having established that it is not just your computer that has the problem, according to you your Android devices also have the problem as well so it is more likely that your router firewall is causing the problem if the Android devices are using the router. If not and the Android devices are using 4G or whatever then it looks as if you may have multiple problems or else somehow the site you are wanting to look at has blocked your devices and computer. Avast may be causing the problem on your computer but surely not on the Android devices. Just a thought, what country are you trying to access the site from? |
