| 1466960 | 2020-02-28 00:01:00 | Assume the battery replacement didn't do any good ? If not, what you can try, is remove the motherboard from its case, attach a PSU, KB/Mouse , monitor and of course CPU and memory, just for the hell of it a HDD. Short out the power Pins, the board may kick into life, if it does and it loads then there could be something causing a short circuit on the board while its in its case. If It doesn't boot, remove all memory, as long as its got a speaker attached via the front Panel try startling again, it should squeal / complain about no memory. If its silent,then the boards faulty usually. You can try clearing the CMOS (see pic) may or may not help. 10208 |

| 1466963 | 2020-02-28 01:08:00 | Wainui . . . took the CMOS battery out and put a "new" one in . . . and your correct, it didn't go . Checked the voltage on the old battery I took out and it checked out OK at just over 3v . . . put it back in and everything lit up like a christmas tree :punk |
