| 42214 | 2002-04-06 08:43:00 | Hi all! I have a freind who is having problems with his 'Canon BJC300' printer. The problem is as follows: Whenever he prints out a page via the Internet or an e-mail through 'Outlook Express', his Canon printer wants to print out 19 copies of the same message/page!! This doesn't occur in any other application program, only in IE and Outlook Express. I've done everything I can think of to rectify the situation: upgrading his browser (from IE5 to IE5.5), uninstalling and reinstalling his printer, downloading the latest driver from Canon's website. Do you think uninstalling IE5.5 and Outlook Express and then reinstalling them will rectify the situation? I thank you all in advance for your assistance! Thanx, Brian :-) |
