How should I partition my hard-drive before I install Linux? Why does scandisk/defrag stop after only 10%? Why do I get an error when running scandisk/defrag? How do I backup my important files ? which files should I back up? How do I reset my homepage in IE? How do I delete my temp files? Which files can I safely delete? What is win386.swp? Can I delete it? I only have the recovery CD that came with my computer. Can I reinstall windows? When I dial-up, my dial-up dialogue doesn?t remember my password. 42403	2002-04-07 10:19:00	Hey Graham, your original FAQ post has gone belly up, I couldn't get in to start with. Went to Refine Your Search at the top of the Press F1 Homepage, typed out Petrie and asked to sort by newest date first and prised the lock open that way. Guess what? You've done 517 posts!! WOW! 42404	2002-04-07 11:47:00	How do I stop the freebie CD from a nice mag from autoloading? How do I get it to autoload? Added a new drive now all my drive letters are different. Which RAM for my PC? To overclock or not? Why do my desktop icons move around? How do I line them up? How do I change file associations? Nope, I want them back. I've deleted programs from start menu but they still run. Should I refill my printer cart or should I wait for robo's article? Did other branded ink ruin my printer or did orac tell me so?	Guest (0)

Free antivirus software. How do I copy all my files to my new HDD? How do I upgrade my BIOS? My BIOS doesn't detect/recognise the full capacity of my new HDD. Windows doesn't recognise my new modem/CD drive. Recently I installed ZoneAlarm/AdAware and now something doesn't run properly. HTH	Guest (0)

Whats the pro's and con's of building your own computer?? and finally.....
