I think someone further down F1 made the same statement, it is human nature not to read the FAQ but to go straight to the heart of the site and post the message 'I am trying to do a defrag and it......' I know nothing about designing web pages but if entry to F1 had to be through the FAQ unless you were a member and could log straight in......that might force some people to read the FAQ but you would still get those that would use the FAQ just to link into the main ?? page. Possibly in addition to some common answers such as How to eformat and Which Firewall could be links to the home pages for downloading ZA, etc.	Guest (0)

And while you're at it why not contemplate some of the mysteries of the PressF1 site Why do people get impatient and end up with multiple listings? Why do people ask a question that someone 2 posts down just asked? Why do people take replies as a personal attack on themselves? How do some people manage to get their posts all neatly laid out?
