| 42674 | 2002-04-08 12:45:00 | Suddenly my Canon LBP800 has defaulted to print 2 copies with the number 2 highlighted. When I click on Restore Defaults, the number of copies reverts to 1. I then click on Apply then OK, then exit (so as not to print). But when I go CTRL+P again the number is back on 2 highlighted. Any suggestions please? Dave. |

The only way to make it save as one print, is to print one print then save the document. The next time you open it and print whatever number of prints, don't save the document again when you close the program. |
