| 43121 | 2002-04-10 11:15:00 | We use Outlook Express 6 at home. Email to a friend in USA is always returned undelivered, a fault which suddenly developed recently. Email to other people operates flawlessly. The same letter sent from work goes through OK. Our ISP can't identify the problem. Clue?: We recently installed Office 2000, the default installation, which includes Outlook, but have never used Outlook. Incidentally, we receive the friend's mail OK | Guest (0) | ||

| 43124 | 2002-04-11 00:51:00 | We recently had a similar problem with yahoomail.uk address in England. E-mails sent from the address book (Eudora webmail) were not getting through to this one address only. E-mails sent through Eudora client were OK. I tried a message by using 'reply' instead of the address book and it went through. On screen the addresses looked identical. I deleted the address line in the address book and replaced it with a copy pasted from an incoming e-mail. Problem solved but don't ask me for an explanation. I can only guess that the address might somehow have been corrupted on the server. | Guest (0) | ||
