When I use Internet links from emails and then close the Internet page to go back to the inbox I get a message 'Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close ..........etc'. I have just had a clean back-up copy of our system installed to get things working properly and everything was fine for 3 days and this problem has returned. Is there an easy (non-threatening) fix? |
