I'll give them another day and then I'll tell them. I've been sitting by the phone waiting for the call that never comes. That's life these days. Cheers Cam |

They told me 10 working days so on the 10th day I rang and was told they were out of stock of 19' monitors but they would be in two or three days later. When I rang again they said they'd ship it with a 17' and swap it later, but the 19' turned up with the computer almost a week later. It took another three weeks (I think) for the web camera to arrive - with software that didn't work with XP! That didn't come through for around a month. No fault with the shop floor staff, but they're sadly let down by poor communication from the rest of the team. However, on the upside, they did source the HP printer I wanted at a really good price. | Guest (0) | ||
| 43291 | 2002-04-11 22:36:00 | Mine came a week earlier than they said - problem was, we were away on holiday, and it got left with a neighbour (who we don't know!). Fortunately, the neighbour was honest and brought us our very expensive items after we returned. I had checked with PC Co that it would not be left by the courier as we were going to be away, but they did leave it. | Guest (0) | ||
