| 43243 | 2002-04-11 04:33:00 | I have just installed winfax pro and every time i start it it chews massive amounts of system resources visiable thru the resouce meter. Not too much of a problem but when i close winfax pro it does not free up enough resources and my computer grinds to a crawl. Can anyone tell me how to completely close a program after opening it. I know all about 'Ctrl/Alt/Delete' and 'msconfig'(they don't help). Is there perhaps a program that can do this for me? |

The only 100% effective method to free up resources is to reboot your computer. Memory usage is not one of win9x's strong points ( I assume that's what your running ) |
