| 43519 | 2002-04-13 00:22:00 | I had denied Nortons Live update access with Zone Alarm, Thought I had turned off the feature in Nortons as well but hadn't. Anyway I'm surfing away this morning only to notice the live update icon flashing away in the systray happily downloading a 1300kb virus definition. Anyone know why Zone Alarm let it through? Thanks |

Zonealarm has many problems and bugs, this may just be one of them. Try a better firewall, such as Tiny Personal Firewall <www.tinysoftware.com>, or Agnitum Outpost <www.agnitum.com> HTH Mike. |

I was just suprised to see that Zone Alarm had let it get access when I had denied it permission. Thanks again. |
