| 43474 | 2002-04-12 10:46:00 | My brothers ibm computer ide 2 is not responding. We tried to change cable still no luck. ide 1 is working when you changes the bus cable and layout as well with the jumbers too. Is there anyway to fix the ide 2 terminals? its not bend or broken it just not responding. ide 1 are Primary Hard disk 1 - master Hard disk 2 - slave ide 2 are Secondary DVD Player - master CDRW - slave or Primary Hard disk 1 - master DVD player - slave Secondary Hard disk 2 - master CDRW - slave please help ps thanks for the help with the direct cabling, it really helps |
