Getting audio output is relatively easy, you should be able to pick up a a/v cable that has the standard left/right av plugs at one end and the other end can plug into your sound card. The video is slightly trickier. Most computers do not have video out available. Higher-end video cards may provide this option. If you really require it, I would shop around for a video card that features av out (or s-video out, a higher quality video output. As long as your vcr/tv can support it). If you require the av output for watching DVDs, a DVD decoder card should provide the audio and video output. Audio input on the computer can usually be done via the microphone or line in inputs on the sound card. For video, you will need a video capture card. Hope this helps! |
