43690	2002-04-13 23:04:00	I get a loud clunk followed by a dialog 'Mechanism Error' when the cartridge cradle jams at the extreme left of the printer immediately before the commencement of printing the first line of a document.	Guest (0)
43691	2002-04-14 12:04:00	Has the printer been dropped? I have had a printer that was dropped and it had jumped a tooth on the drive that jammed it. I have also had a HP printer that was known to do what you say and was a main board error but I can't remember the model number. Have you checked to make sure nothing is jammed in it and the cartrigdes are in place correctly. CJ	Guest (0)
