| 43622 | 2002-04-13 11:48:00 | nope. video and audio are seperate so altering the video side will not effect the audio. provided you have the correct codec, with a good player and you are playing at best quality then there is very little you can do. some of the sound editing programs may clean it up a bit but it will not compensate for the lack of data. go find anouther copy with better bitrate sound. what bitrate is the sound in the vid?? |
