| 43562 | 2002-04-13 06:38:00 | When I try to save a file to my CD an error message pops up saying that I am not authorised to access E:\ folder & to see my supervisor.I own a 733mhz P111 computer with 128 mhz of RD RAM. | Guest (0) | ||

Sorry if this is an insult to your intelligence but there is a paucity of detail in your post. Supply more info about your hardware/software and the history of the problem if it is a CD writer that you are having problems with. Cheers Billy 8-{) |

| 43565 | 2002-04-14 04:55:00 | Thanks for your reply Billy & sorry about the lack of information. My computer OS is XP& I think that my writer stopped working when XP was installed but I can not find any new driver for the writer. When I look under properties in the E folder the only information it gives me under hardware is this number.WDCWD204BA. The CD I received with my computer was Easy CD Creator 3.5 I am starting to think that I might need to buy new software. What do you think? Thank you for your time. Rex. |
