| 43735 | 2002-04-14 01:02:00 | My mate has XP and on his desktop (and folders) he has this side bar thing, in a folder it would be View/Explorer bar - which you can set to folders, search etc. I tried his folder options (set all folders), searched his display settings & tried help but don't know exactly what it's called? No right click function on it? Closed all apllications that I could but obviously it is part of XP. In brief he wants his whole screen back and this takes up 20%. Any ideas? Cheers |

| 43738 | 2002-04-15 07:45:00 | In XP, go to Help& Support Centre, in Search type in Sidebar, this brings up 9 results in the Microsoft Knowledge Base. Any help?. In Netscape 6.2 at the extreme left are barely visible triangles that when clicked on expand or contract the Sidebar, is what you have the Windows Messenger equivelant?. Frank. |
