| 43945 | 2002-04-15 08:47:00 | I made some changes to a friends e-mail setup. Fairly standard stuff involving well defined mail rules and identity profiles etc. After this, it was trying to download an old 5 Meg message, and hung. So, we shut the program down. Closed Express, and hit STOP on the download status box. It tried to continue so we closed the whole box. Now even after several reboots, I can't get Express to run. When you click on the program, the hour glass pops up for a second or two, then just doesn't do anything. It's like Exoress has completely vanished from the PC! I have seen something similar to this once but can't recall how I fixied it. By the way, I can't open Outlook 97 on this PC either - not sure if it ever did work, or has stopped since Express crashed. PLEASE HELP!!! |
