When I got to Durban about 20 miles later I was stopped by a cop and was issued with a ticket. I was amazed and asked how they caught me. THey could be triggered via cellphone (wireless) signals, with the cops having sole access to the kill codes. Then these chases would be a thing of the past. Identify the rego plates (assuming they're not changed), download the kill code, transmit, and watch the car come to rest (possibility of losing control due to abrupt engine braking). I'd be a supporter. What? My car is missing? Send the kill code and spoil their fun. |
