| 1272057 | 2012-04-26 08:33:00 | Elephants also like to live in groups. Tied up in circuses for years and poked and prodded to make them to do things can make anyone grumpy - even an elephant. Or especially an elephant? Even if it didn't mean to be too vicious, it's large. My cat gets grumpy and scratches me, however I survive cause she's small. Elephants are large so a bit of squeezing can have more of an effect than it may expect. People who work with large wild animals - even if that animal has been in captivity for ages - should remember that. People always act so surprised when something like that happens. Also, really pissed off elephants attempting to kill something don't just give them a squeeze, they are quite persistent and tend to leave nothing more than a smear on the ground. True. If the Vet was sleeping with the Elephant maybe she was squashed, same as a baby sleeping with its mother. I don't think that the Elephant killed the Vet on purpose. Probably an accident. |
