| 44039 | 2002-04-16 03:20:00 | Hi Team Ever since I upgraded to ZA Pro V3 a few weeks ago I have noticed that it takes an inordinately long time to show the ZA icon after the rest of my desktop is complete. After a good disk cleanup, scan disk & defrag didn't make any impression I decided to time it last night and found that it takes an extra 55 seconds. During that time, the hard drive light is flickering to indicate disk activity. This is on my Win98 box (old faithful) but on my Win2K box (the upstart pretender) the ZA icon appears the instant that desktop loading is completed. Has anybody else noticed this delay and are there any suggestions going? Cheers Billy 8-{) |
