| 44339 | 2002-04-17 13:02:00 | After nearly 3 years of trouble free operation, every time I try to scan text via OCR, my computer freezes. I've made no recent changes to my computer system so what could be the problem? Memory? Suggestions welcome. Thanks. |

| 44340 | 2002-04-18 02:32:00 | Just a thought: is it freezing, or just sitting spinning the hard disk? Have you done a defrag recently? How much free space have you on the disk? Scanning wants lots of disk, and a lot of memory (so needs a lot of swap space). |
