44816	2002-04-20 21:57:00	Having been pleased with the performance of Zfree, I signed up with Clear's 150 offering. Unfortunately, I find I am getting dumped - some disconnections occur withing 30 secs of connecting! Often you can see the disconnect comming, as traffic stops and you can see 'outgoing' requests unanswered. If I go back to using Zfree - no problem! Others I have spoken to have had either similar problems. I hope its only a matter of 'resource balancing' and they will get it right. Otherwise it's 'goodnight nurse' and elsewhere we go. Anyone else had this problem? 'Is that clear?' - (non subtle dig at inability to raise a human on their help line)	Guest (0)

44818	2002-04-21 05:47:00	Are you on the right dail in number ??? If you are in a large city ,clear servers have a few different numbers to lessen the load on any one server..You could always try a different dail in number if this is the case..	Guest (0)
