| 44787 | 2002-04-20 12:53:00 | Am trying to instal European Air war from cd onto Pentium 2 300mhz 64 mb ram and 4.5 Gb drive (2.2Gb free)OS is Win 98 When disk starts it comes up with instal button, click on this and an error message appears ' ISSET_SE caused a general protection fault in module setup.exe at 0001:00003540) If I try to run the game straight from the disk the screen turns off but CD & computer keep running. Can't get screen back unless I reboot. Anybody got any ideas about these two faults? | Guest (0) | ||

| 44790 | 2002-04-21 09:51:00 | Thanks for advice, both of you were spot on.Disabling Nortons Antivirus did the trick and it now loads. However it won't run. Same problem as when I tried to run straight from disk.Screen shuts down and clicks off.Pc keeps running.Have to reboot Pc to get it back.Have another game on Pc called Grand Theft Auto that used to run ok then one day it too started shutting the screen down when started. any ideas on this problem? | Guest (0) | ||
