45056	2002-04-22 07:54:00	i have this avi file ( 1 of 3 , 2 of 3 , 3 of 3 ) which iam going to convert to vcd format by using nero 5.0 . will it make any improve in sound or improve the picture quality by burning them into vcd format --------OR------- is there any program that can change the sound quality or a picture quality . is there any way i can improve the sound of that movie file plze help	Guest (0)
45057	2002-04-22 09:04:00	No sorry can't be done... When a file is turned into an avi file, it is compressed by removing data from each frame of the movie. Once this data is removed, it cannot be regenerated. The quality of a movie is set by the amount of data removed. The same with the sound... Once a sound-file or movie is downmixed or compressed in any way, it cannot be recreated, no matter what format it is changed to. The only thing you can do is keep it the same or downgrade it further, but there is not much point in that :)	Guest (0)
