| 45023 | 2002-04-22 08:37:00 | Maybe, and Yes If opera is your browser, there is a setting that is there specificly to control its self refreshing time. More info is needed to answer the first question about if you changed something. Some sites do this anyway, particualy ones with webcams. These have to refresh themselves to make the contenet 'live'. |
