45202	2002-04-23 05:58:00	I am running W95 upgraded to W98 and some time ago uninstalled OE. How can I reinstall it from W95 or W98 upgrade disk? Or is the facility to run background music in email available in Opera or Netscape?	Guest (0)
45203	2002-04-23 11:13:00	To be honest, Colin, I wouldn't know how to re-install OE from a Win9x disk. I have used the CDs that come free with monthly PC magazines. Most of them have the latest browser software on them. Get hold of on of them and install IE, and when you do OE will be installed as well. Check which version of IE you're using. It'll probably be v5. So get hold of a free CD with v5.5 or v6 on it and you'll end up installing OE as well. PH	Guest (0)
