| 45307 | 2002-04-24 00:02:00 | When I run Evidence Eliminator, I get the following error message: 'corrupt file.Unable to ascertain length of file C:\WINDOWS\WEB\WVBAC_.GIF ' Is it safe to delete this file and if so, how do I do it? The 'help' site for EE is useless. Also--is it safe to delete plug-ins which don't seem to be in use? Thanks. |

If you have any degree of file corruption, it pays to get on top of it quickly - it won't self repair and could spread. Regarding plug-ins - are you low on disk space? The plugins are loaded on requirement, so aren't really using up resources. |

So--I tried deleting the file anyway, and got 'cannot delete file. System error (1026). I know I'm new to this, butit just seems weird. |
