| 45543 | 2002-04-25 03:14:00 | Can anyone help please? I am using windows XP/IE 6 and since a NAV update a month ago, when I try to access a secure web site/page like xtra mail, paradise mail, internet banking, I can get to website & logon page okay but I cant get past that. I keep getting 'Page cannot be displayed, Internal Server Error 500' Can anyone help please? I have tried reinstalling IE6, turning off firewall, run out of ideas. thanks David Brown |

It could be another firewall blocking it too depending on what you have. If it's ZA you might like turning it off plus truevector which continues to run while it is off. |

| 45545 | 2002-04-25 05:43:00 | Thanks your prompt reply and suggestion. Yes I do have internet security Version 4.0. I have turned off firewall for connections I use but still no joy trying log into secure secure web pages. I also cannot download internet banking software presumably for same reasons, I cant see another firewall blocking anything ZA you refer to presumably XP version? only version I can see is Version 2002 (For XP) and I cant see any ref to truevector. Any other suggestions out there? thanks |
