| 45424 | 2002-04-24 11:04:00 | Hi, I have Paradise cable 128k, My problem is that all of a sudden my download speed has gone from around 12Kp/sec to 5, I have checked with paradise's helpdesk with no luck & apparently my lines are fine too, What happens is the download starts real fast then drops right off. I at a dead end, short of doing a complete restore I don't know what to do next. Cheers Owen |

However I am just with the dial up plan - but I have never been able to fault the Paradise Helpdesk, it comes to me as a bit of a shock they did not assist you further. |

| 45428 | 2002-04-25 09:41:00 | Hi again, My OS is Win 98, I tryed removing/reinstaling ICP/etc with no luck, I also tried paradise again, we tried various things still the same, which only leaves me with my MTU settings, problem is, that's beyond my competence. I know what they are, I know where they are, but damned if I know what to do with them, Can anyone shed some light here, MTU settings for dummies book perhaps, Cheers Owen |
