45710 2002-04-26 04:32:00 i've been having some problems of late with Outlook Express 5. I type out an e-mail, and when i goto send it it ends up sending a blank, as in all my writing has gone and is replaced with the AVG signiture.

I have just tried to send another and a lil' box has come up telling me that 'this message could not be deleted'

I was thinkin it was to do with AVG, perhaps Outlook automatically selects the msg, and at the same time it replaces it adds the signature file, thus replacing my e-mail.

anyone else come across this problem? I have all good words for AVG, been running it for about 6 months and its great!!

rnt the best things free

45711 2002-04-27 09:39:00 That's strange Tonies. Wouldn't it be ironic if a virus was causing that?!!

How do you know the emails you send are blank? Are your recipients telling you this, or do you just see them blank in your Sent box?

I have often received blank emails from a friend that I think uses AVG, but there is no AVG signature on there.

Maybe you could disable AVG while composing and sending your emails? I don't know what else you could try.
